Todd Fleming
Office administrator overseeing the day-to-day operations of Fleming & Welsh.
Todd is a dedicated and highly analytical professional who currently serves as the Senior Paralegal, Office Manager, and "Chief Chaos Coordinator" for the firm. With nearly 15 years of tenure at the firm, which was founded in 2011 by his older brother, Timothy L. Fleming, Todd has become the backbone of the office’s daily operations. Known for being tech-savvy and deeply caring, he balances a sharp, independent mind with a genuine commitment to the success of his colleagues and the community.
Raised on a farm in southern Idaho, Todd developed a tireless work ethic early on. After graduating from Buhl High School in 1997, he attended the College of Idaho and graduated in 2001, earning his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a minor in History. He continued to work on his family farm during summer breaks and worked for Seneca Foods, operating a forklift in the warehouse to help fund his education. His mathematical background and work ethic continue to fuel his precise, data-driven approach to legal work and his dedication to the firm.
Before joining the firm in 2012, Todd spent over a decade in leadership roles within the fitness industry. While working for Gold’s Gym Treasure Valley, he worked his way through the organization and eventually served as a General Manager and an Operations Manager, gaining extensive experience in human resources and complex organizational management. During the transition from Gold’s Gym Treasure Valley to Axiom Fitness, Todd was working in the corporate office as the Director of Operations.
Driven by a desire to help others, Todd has a long history of mentorship and civic leadership. He is an avid supporter of the Idaho State Gem Boys State Program and served as a Counselor, Senior Counselor, and later Dean of Advisors, helping to guide the next generation of Idaho leaders.
An avid bowler, Todd served as the Association Manager for the Emmett USBC Association and rose through the ranks of the State USBC Association, serving as Sergeant at Arms and eventually State President, where he presided over annual meetings and committees and represented the Idaho State USBC Association nationally at annual conventions and meetings.
Outside the office, Todd is an elite competitor on the lanes, boasting a strong bowling average and a prestigious 300 ring for rolling a perfect game during competition. When not bowling, Todd enjoys spending time with family and relaxing on cruise vacations. He enjoys reading, watching reruns of classic 80s TV shows, and listening to music from across generations, from Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton, and Garth Brooks to 90s rock including Green Day and Linkin Park.
