Privacy Policy

This notice explains the limited information the website processes and how Fleming & Welsh handles consultation inquiries.

Effective August 28, 2026

Information you provide

When you request a consultation, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, practice-area selection, and a brief description of your matter. You may also provide information when you call, email, or otherwise contact the firm.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, confidential documents, or time-sensitive legal information through the website form.

Information processed automatically

Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events.

The firm does not use this website to sell personal information or for third-party behavioral advertising. The current static site does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to an inquiry, conduct initial intake or conflict-review steps, communicate about requested services, maintain website security, improve website operation, and comply with professional or legal obligations.

Submitting information does not require the firm to accept a matter and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Service providers, disclosure, and retention

Consultation-form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to a firm-controlled mailbox. Under the current Formspree Free plan, dashboard submission history may be stored for up to 30 days. Notification emails may remain in the firm mailbox according to the firm’s operational and professional retention practices.

Cloudflare processes website traffic to host, deliver, and protect the site. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or with your direction or consent.

Security and confidentiality

The firm and its providers use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Do not rely on the website form for emergencies, court deadlines, or confidential communications. Call the firm directly if a deadline may apply. Information becomes subject to attorney-client confidentiality only when an attorney-client relationship has been established.

Your choices

You may contact the firm to ask about personal information submitted through this website or to request correction or deletion. A request may be limited by legal, ethical, conflict-check, recordkeeping, or security obligations.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and the firm does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.
