Terms of Use

These terms explain the limits of the website, consultation form, and general legal information provided here.

Effective August 28, 2026

General information only

This website provides general information about Fleming & Welsh and selected areas of Idaho law. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a lawyer who has reviewed the specific facts and law applicable to a matter.

No attorney-client relationship

Viewing this website, sending an email, calling the office, or submitting the consultation form does not create an attorney-client relationship. A relationship exists only after the firm has completed any required conflict review, agreed to the representation, and both the client and firm have entered into a written engagement agreement.

Until that happens, do not send confidential information or assume the firm can protect your interests in a matter.

Deadlines and emergencies

The consultation form is not monitored continuously and should not be used for emergencies, imminent hearings, filing deadlines, limitation periods, or other time-sensitive matters. Contact the firm by telephone and seek other counsel promptly if necessary to protect your rights.

Attorney advertising and results

This website may be considered attorney advertising. Descriptions of services, experience, testimonials, awards, or prior matters are not promises or guarantees of a particular result. Every matter depends on its own facts, law, evidence, opposing parties, and decision-makers.

References to practice areas describe the firm’s work and do not claim certification as a specialist unless expressly stated and permitted by applicable rules.

Jurisdiction and availability

The firm is based in Idaho, and its lawyers practice only where they are admitted or otherwise authorized. Website content is not an offer to provide legal services in a jurisdiction where doing so would violate applicable rules.

The firm may decline any inquiry or representation, including because of conflicts, capacity, location, subject matter, or other professional considerations.

Accuracy and availability

The firm works to keep website information useful and accurate but does not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or applicable to a particular situation. Laws and procedures change, and website access may be interrupted or contain errors.

External links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Fleming & Welsh does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

Permitted use and ownership

You may view and print website content for personal, noncommercial use. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or malicious material, or copy substantial website content for republication without permission.

Unless otherwise indicated, website text, design, and original materials are owned by Fleming & Welsh or used with permission.

Changes, governing law, and contact

These terms may be updated by posting a revised effective date. Idaho law governs use of this website to the extent applicable, without expanding the firm’s authority to practice or creating jurisdiction where it would not otherwise exist.

Questions about these terms may be directed to the firm using the contact information shown below.
